Tournament Format



All 20 teams play single elimination knockout. Seeding based on Group Standing.
Extra time and penalties to decide a tied game. 


Each team plays the other 3 teams in their respective group. Standing determines seeding in knockout stage.
Win is 3 points, draw is 1, loss is 0.
